Refund policy

We want you to love your DIVELUX hat. If you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible, items must be unworn and in original condition. To start a return, email us at diveluxstore@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
